1. Company Information

Archif S.A.L is a company duly registered and operating in Lebanon. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website archif.co, including all purchases made through it. By using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase and to refrain from any unlawful or fraudulent use of the website.

3. Products, Availability & Vintage Disclaimer

Archif specializes in curated vintage and pre-loved items, many of which are one-of-a-kind. As such:

  • All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Minor imperfections, signs of wear, or aging are inherent characteristics and not considered defects
  • Product descriptions, measurements, and images are provided for guidance and transparency
  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to photography and screen settings

4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices exclude shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless explicitly stated
  • Archif reserves the right to update prices, correct errors, or cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies

5. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Archif reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel orders due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, payment issues, or operational constraints.

6. Shipping, Risk & Title

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import regulations of the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Paying customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Complying with local import laws

8. Customs Refusal

If a shipment is refused, delayed, or seized by customs or rejected by the recipient:

  • The order will not be eligible for a refund
  • Any return, storage, or destruction fees incurred will be charged to the customer

9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Archif is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after dispatch. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in the event of damage or loss. Archif will assist with filing courier claims where applicable, without guaranteeing compensation.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Archif S.A.L and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archif S.A.L shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.

12. Force Majeure

Archif shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government actions, internet outages, or courier disruptions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Lebanese courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
