Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays & Refusals

Archif is not responsible for delays, refusals, or seizures caused by customs authorities. Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. While Archif will assist in filing courier claims, responsibility lies with the shipping provider once the order has been dispatched.
