Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, store credit will be issued. Archif reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, payment issues, or operational constraints.
